What is Graphoanalysis?

Graphoanalysis® is a trademarked term which refers to the method of handwriting analysis taught by the International Graphoanalysis Society (IGAS).

"Graphoanalysis is the study of the individual strokes of handwriting to determine the character and personality of the writer."
Graphoanalysis is a projective technique of psychology which is based on the interpretation of strokes of handwriting.
Graphoanalysis is a highly accurate means of assessing personality traits which is often used in conjunction with other psychological tests.
Graphoanalysis is a scientific, non-discriminatory method of determining personality traits.
Graphoanalysis is a tool used by individuals, educators, counselors and business people to increase self awareness, to help others, and to make better business decisions.
Graphoanalysts are trained and certified by the International Graphoanalysis Society and subscribe to a strict code of ethics.

What is graphology?

Graphology is a generic term which refers to the study of handwriting, especially as it relates to the determination of personality traits and characteristics.  The term graphology covers all forms and systems of handwriting analysis.
